The winner of Consultant of the Year is announced on our social medias, and they receive a certificate and monetary prize.
Team Leader of the Year
The Team Leader of the Year award celebrates a leader who has demonstrated exceptional initiative, communication, and support in guiding their consulting team through the term.
This award is based on leadership effectiveness, team outcomes, feedback from consultants, and the consulting director's evaluation. The recipient is acknowledged on our social media channels and receives a certificate in recognition of their efforts.
Most Improved Participant of the Year
The Most Improved Consultant of the Year award recognises an individual who has shown outstanding growth in their skills, confidence, and contribution throughout the term.
This award is based on development in workshop participation, improvements in report and presentation work, and feedback from team members and the consulting director. The recipient is featured on our social media and receives a certificate celebrating their progress and dedication.
